Gipsy Hill Brewing Company
It started in 2013, when Charlie and Sam heard from a mutual acquaintance that they should talk about making a brewery together. The next year they were up and running, growing their production from 500 hectoliters in 2014 a year to 8000 hl in 2018, starting two bars and (Gipsy Hill Taproom and The Douglas Fir) and gaining a reputation as one of the most exciting breweries in the UK.
Gipsy Hill brews a large variety of beers, from easy going, fresh beers with low alcohol to an impressive range of special brews in all genres, not to mention their excellent cask ales.
